The MSC website that you currently see is the new and improved version over the previous one. Some significant changes includes the drop-down linear tabs as well as the usage of Iframes to handle the pages. What this means is that the entire website was redesigned from scratch such that loading times should now be improved. One important change if you've noticed is that the URL would always reflect that of the homepage!
